Frequently Asked Questions

  • The deposit is $200 and is required to lock in your date. Please note that bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The final balance is due 4 days before the event date, or you may pay in cash on the day.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but dates may be rescheduled depending on availability. Please contact me as soon as possible if your plans change.

  • Trials are held on weekdays at Elly’s home studio in Chadstone. Each makeup or hair trial appointment takes approximately 1.5 hours.

  • Generally allow 1.5 hours for the bride’s makeup or hairstyling and 1 hour for guest’s makeup or hairstyling.

  • All makeup application includes false lashes, touchup kids and eyelid tape if required.

  • Yes, I can style and blend hair extensions beautifully. Please bring them washed and dried. Limited hair extensions are available for hire if required for the bride only.
